Reconnect with yourself. Rediscover your strength.
Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and it’s easy to feel stuck or overwhelmed. Individual therapy offers a supportive, judgment-free space to explore who you are, what you need, and how to move forward with clarity and intention.Common reasons clients seek individual therapy:
Anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout
Low self-worth or difficulty setting boundaries
Feeling disconnected or “not like yourself”
Navigating life transitions or identity shifts
Relationship and attachment challenges
My approach blends CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, and Feminist Theory to support deep, sustainable change.

Helping teens feel seen, supported, and heard.
Being a teen today is hard between school pressure, identity struggles, social stress, and emotional changes, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Therapy gives teens a space to be themselves, explore their emotions, and build lifelong tools for resilience.
I help teens with:
Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation
Self-esteem and identity exploration
Suicidal ideation or self-harm
Peer conflict and communication skills
Family stress and boundary-setting
Sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and designed to empower your teen in a space that feels safe, real, and respectful.
👉 All sessions are virtual, which many teens find more comfortable and private.

You don’t have to carry what was never yours to begin with.
Have you ever opened your mouth and heard your mother’s voice come out and felt sick or ashamed or furious?
Do you find yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like you?
Are you determined to raise your children differently, or live with more freedom than what you saw modeled?
This is the sacred work of breaking generational cycles.
Whether you’re:
A parent trying to parent differently
A cycle-breaker navigating deep grief, guilt, or anger
A child-free person trying to unlearn toxic patterns
A survivor of emotional, relational, or intergenerational trauma
—this space is for you.
Together, we’ll look at:
The beliefs and patterns you absorbed growing up
The roles you were given or forced into
The attachment wounds that shaped your responses
The shame, guilt, and fear that keep you repeating what you promised yourself you'd never do
We’ll use tools from IFS, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you:
Identify “inherited” parts of yourself
Build emotional regulation and self-compassion
Practice new relational patterns
Reconnect with your core values
Cultivate an identity rooted in healing, not harm
You're not broken. You’re the one strong enough to stop the cycle.

Support from someone who truly understands.
As a military spouse myself and someone who specialized in military veterans and their families during graduate school, I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with this life. The constant transitions. The solo parenting. The relocations, deployments, and goodbyes. The invisible weight of holding everything together.
This isn’t just hard. It’s sacrificial, and it touches every corner of your emotional world, your identity, your relationships, your parenting, your career, your sense of stability.
I offer therapy for military spouses and teens that centers on:
Coping with chronic uncertainty and deployment cycles
Navigating identity loss, grief, and role strain
Supporting children through emotional changes, school shifts, and disconnection
Rebuilding connection after distance
Advocating for yourself in a system that often overlooks milspouse mental health
Whether you're a new spouse, a seasoned one, or raising a military-connected teen, I’m here to offer both clinical care and lived experience. You don’t have to explain the acronyms or the lifestyle…I already speak your language.
