  • We’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and what’s most important to you. It’s a space for you to share at your own pace no pressure, no judgment. We’ll also begin identifying the patterns, relationships, and systems that may be affecting your well-being.

  • Every session is a little different, but my goal is always the same: to create a safe, affirming, and human space where you can show up as your full self.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    • A safe and affirming space – free of judgment and open to all parts of your story.

    • Validation and reflection – I’ll name and validate your experiences, and sometimes point out things you might not even realize about yourself.

    • Practical tools and skills – I’ll share strategies you can use outside of session to help you cope, grow, and shift perspective.

    • Honest and real connection – I’m not a robot behind a clipboard. I’m human. That means I might laugh with you, use humor, and yes even swear if that feels authentic to the moment.

    • Creative exploration – Bring me the screenshot of your situationship, the TikTok that resonated with you, or whatever feels important. If it matters to you, it matters here.

Therapy isn’t about me sitting in silence while you talk, it’s about connection, reflection, and growth. Sometimes it’s serious, sometimes it’s lighthearted, but it’s always about moving you toward healing and clarity.

  • Yes! I only offer virtual therapy, serving clients across North Carolina. Virtual therapy removes common barriers like commuting, childcare, and time constraints. You can show up as you are, on your couch, in your car, in a private space that feels safe to you. It’s convenient, confidential, and just as effective as in-person therapy for many people.

  • I work with clients navigating:

    • Anxiety, panic, and chronic stress

    • Depression, emotional numbness, and loss of self

    • Trauma and PTSD

    • Suicidal ideation and hopelessness

    • Burnout and identity fatigue

    • Relationship struggles and communication breakdowns

    • Parenting challenges especially while healing your own childhood wounds

    • Generational trauma and breaking emotional cycles

    • Insecure attachment styles and trust issues in relationships

    • Internalized messages from family systems that no longer serve you

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns, therapy is a place to safely unpack it all. I work with clients navigating everything from quiet struggles with self-worth to intense emotional storms.

At the core, I help people heal connection to themselves, to others, to their work, and to their environment. When our sense of connection is disrupted, it can show up as isolation, hopelessness, burnout, or anxiety. In therapy, we work to rebuild those relationships and cultivate a more grounded, empowered life.
